This class will focus on the subject of anxiety.
Karuna returns to lead an interactive presentation delving into the similarities and differences between modern day psychology and Buddhist psychology. He will start with a teaching on Anxiety from the perspective of both traditions and then lead an extensive Q&A on the topic of anxiety and other topics that arise.
